I believe that access to resources that promote healthy relationships should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. That’s why I’ve reimagined my fee structure to align with my core values of equity, accessibility, and empowerment.
I recognize that traditional coaching industry pricing can often be prohibitive, creating barriers for those who could benefit most from these services. My new fee structure is designed to break down these barriers and create opportunities for a diverse range of clients to access high-quality coaching.
Your choice to work with me not only invests in your own growth but also supports a mission to create a more equitable self-development industry. Together, we can build a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, and where we recognize both individual potential and the need for systemic change.
What kind of ripple effect does this approach have?
Dismantling Barriers: By making transformational coaching accessible to a broader range of individuals, I’m actively working to break down systemic barriers to personal growth and relationship health. This creates a more level playing field in society, which benefits everyone by helping to reduce social tensions and promoting a more harmonious community.
Holistic Community Health: As more individuals gain access to relationship coaching and education, we support a ripple effect of healthier relationships throughout the community. This contributes to reduced conflict, improved mental health, and stronger social bonds for everyone.
Economic Ripple Effects: Healthier relationships often lead to more stable households and improved economic outcomes. This can have positive effects on local economies, benefiting the broader community.
Collective Resilience: Communities with healthier relationships are better equipped to handle crises, from natural disasters (or pandemics!) to economic downturns. This network of support benefits everyone by creating a stronger safety net, reducing the burden on formal systems, and promoting a more rapid community recovery.
Intergenerational Impact: By making this work more accessible, we are breaking cycles of unhealthy relationships across generations, creating long-term benefits for entire family lines and communities.
This model isn’t about “some people paying more and others paying less”—it’s about collectively investing in a vision of a more just and relationally healthy society.
Whether you’re accessing coaching at a lower priced tier or contributing at a higher priced tier, you’re actively participating in creating social change.
The insights gained and the personal growth achieved in this diverse setting become catalysts for broader social transformation, benefiting everyone involved and society at large.
This is the true value of my tiered pricing approach, and it’s a benefit shared by all participants, regardless of their chosen tier.
My Sliding Scale Model
I’ve implemented a three-tier sliding scale pricing model. This approach allows me to serve a broader community while ensuring the sustainability of my practice.
By adopting this model, I aim to:
- Make professional coaching accessible to a wider audience
- Promote equity in personal and professional development
- Empower individuals from all walks of life to pursue their goals
- Preserve the dignity of all my clients
- Consciously dismantle harmful paradigms in coaching culture
I want to directly address a harmful perspective that has unfortunately become pervasive in recent self-development and coaching culture. There’s a damaging notion that is popular among some coaches that if you can’t afford to make a very significant financial investment in hiring a coach, you’re “not committed to investing in yourself, your success, your goals, or your vision.” Some even suggest that this indicates you’re “more focused on your fears than your vision.”
I firmly believe this perspective is not only harmful but also overlooks or even denies the very real systems of oppression that many people are subject to and living under. It perpetuates a harmful emphasis on individual responsibility at the expense of social responsibility. The truth is, both individual and social responsibilities are important and interdependent.
My sliding scale model is a conscious effort to resist this harmful paradigm. I recognize that financial constraints often result from systemic inequities and systemic lack of access to resources rather than a lack of individual commitment or vision.
By offering accessible pricing, I strive to create a more inclusive coaching environment that acknowledges these realities and supports individuals in their growth journey, regardless of their financial situation.
How It Works
- You self-select the tier that best fits your current situation.
- There is no formal verification process through which you will have to prove your situation. I believe in preserving dignity and I trust you to make the right choice for your situation without needing to lay out your personal circumstances.
- Your chosen tier does not affect the depth and quality of coaching you receive.
Regardless of the tier you choose, you’ll receive:
- The same high-quality, personalized coaching experience
- Full access to all my resources and support
- My unwavering commitment to your growth and success
Choose Your Empowerment Path
The tier you choose reflects your current circumstances, not the value of our work together. All tiers receive the exact same coaching experience and support.
Each package includes 12 relationship coaching sessions. I offer a completely personalized relationship coaching process all adapted to your individual goals and needs.
